She was predeceased by: her parent Guy Barker; and her husband John E. Smith. She is survived by: her parent Miriam Barker (Nelson); her children, Rindy Smith of Riverview and Warrant Officer Kevin Smith (Deborah) of Edmonton; her grandchildren, Tyler, Colby and Cassidy; and her great grandchildren, Jaxson and Kaiden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
