He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Mullins and Hazel Mullins (Cudmore); his wife Eleanor (Hennigar); his daughter Sheri Mullins; and his sisters, Shirley Wilson and Cheryl Steeves.
He is survived by: his daughter Angela Crowe (Mike) of Turtle Creek; and his brother Wayne Mullins (Mariette) of Moncton.
