She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Ward and Patricia Ward (Fitzpatrick); and her siblings, Billy, Rebecca Ann, Frank and Gary.
She is survived by: her son Mario Ward of Moncton; and her siblings, Lee Ward of Salisbury, Grace Neves (Rance) of Moncton, David Ward of Sackville, James Ward (Cathy) of Scoudouc, Robin Ward (Beth) of Moncton, Dale Ward (Betty) of Salisbury, Josie O'Neill (Mike) of Sackville, Judy Muise (Sam) of Moncton and Elliott Ward (Paulette) of Vancouver. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
