He was predeceased by: his parents, John Phillips and Leona Phillips (Greer); his father-in-law Raymond Hudson; and his nephew Russell Linfield. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Phillips (Hudson); his daughters, Wendy Uhrig (Rob) of Ottawa and JoAnne Phillips (Steve Brophy) of Dartmouth; his sister Catherine Linfield (Ernest) of Moncton; his mother-in-law Helen Hudson; his brothers-in-law, Alan (Bonnie), Garth (Cheryl), Wayne, Paul, Dale (Debbie) and Darrell; and his friends, Bill, Carolyn Dunlop, Dan and Bonnie Cameron. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
