She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald Lutes and Kathleen Lutes (Fram); and her brothers, David and Murray. She is survived by: her siblings, Carol Dempsey (late Gerald) of Moncton, Albert Lutes (Louise) of Turtle Creek and Wayne Lutes (late Ann) of Moncton; and her nieces and nephews, Nora, Martin (Ida), Jerry (Shaunda), Tim (Stella), Bonnie (Chris), Theresa, Gary (Tracy) and Wendy (Reg). She is also survived by several loving great nieces, great nephews and great great nieces and great great nephews.

If so desired, memorials in Mary's memory can be made to Forest Dale Nursing Home or to a charity of the donor's choice.
