With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marlene Gillcash (Moncton, New Brunswick), born in Lutes Mountain, New Brunswick, who passed away on May 11, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Edgar and Hazel Edgar (Sherwood); her husband Victor Gillcash; her son John; and her siblings, Charles, Renwick, Clarence, Seldon and Emily Horsman.
She is survived by: her children, Mark, Ruth, Rachel Williams (David) and Esther Murray (late Gerald); her grandchildren, Ashley (Rae), Kayla, Jacob, Samuel, Laura, Joshua (Courtney), Jeffrey (Kaylee), Jamieson and Lia (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Rowan, Edmund, Oliver, Levi, Kennedy, Henry, Theo, Maya, Camden, Winston and Clementine; her siblings, Eldon, Aubrey Edgar (Joan) and Phyllis Gillcash; and her sisters-in-law, Doris Gillcash and Thelma Steeves. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
