She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott Ritchie and Annie Ritchie (Irving); her son Dale; her siblings, Vernon, Lloyd, Scott, Gregory Ritchie, Audrey Seely and Carole Hendy; and her siblings-in-law, Jack Seely, Bill Carter, Lotan Steeves, Cameron Lund, Ronald Hendy and Olive Ritchie.

She is survived by: her husband Herman; her children, Sharon Fitzsimmons (Mike), Arlene McCarthy (Mike), Nancy and Darren Allen; her grandchildren, Courtney Pyne (Mike), Alexa Fitzsimmons (Justin), Brittney McCarthy, Evan Fitzsimmons, Mira and Tori Allen; her great grandchild Liam Pyne; her sisters, Mina Steeves, Sheila Lund, Prudence Harmer (Bill) and Donna Steeves (Charles); and her sisters-in-law, Shirley, Carol and Doris Ritchie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
