He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Doucett and Evelyn Doucett (Copp); and his siblings, Bernice Doucett and Robert Doucett. He is survived by: his significant other Joyce (Brown); his children, Deanna Struthers (Blair) of Halifax, Tania Maillet (Robert) of Moncton and Ian Doucett of Moncton; his sister Rose Landry of Moncton; his grandchild Raven Maillet; and his stepgrandchildren, Rebecca Foster and Brett Struthers.
