He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edouard "Chic" and Eva Dallaire (Surette); and his former wife Murielle (Poirier). He is survived by: his fiancée Jeannine Cormier; his son Charles (Lisa Pollock) of Fredericton; his stepgrandson Luke White; and his brother François (Anne-Marie) of Dieppe. He is also survived by his extended family members and friends.
