He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Read and Reginald Read; and his grandmother Belinda Roth. He is survived by: his children, Larry Read (Pam), Rick Read (Donna), Jim Read (Gloria) and Tina Read (Jason); and his siblings, Bryan Read (Cathy) and Peggy MacDonald. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Fair Haven Funeral Home & Cemetery (1177 Salisbury Rd, Moncton, NB E1E3V9).
