She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Matchett and George Matchett; and her siblings, Courtney (late Ruby), Everett (late Theresa), Lionel (late Joan), Sammy (late Lily), Irene and Reta (late Albert).

She is survived by: her siblings, Clara (late Warren), Hiram (Bea) and Harvey; her children, Avis (Wayne), Tracey and Dwight; and her grandchildren, Dwayne (Catherine), Julie, Emmett, Amery and Gareth.
