He is survived by: his wife Anne James (MacDonald); his children, Leslie-Anne Hickey (Jamie), Kimberly Kelly (Laverne) and Susan Rudy (Paul); his grandchildren, Cameron Durling, Kailyn James-Metlin, Cole, Gavin and Paige Rudy; his mother Joyce; his brother David (Vera); and his niece Linda.
