He was predeceased by: his parent Daniel Darte; and his brother Gerald Darte. He is survived by: his parent Elsie Darte (Ferguson); his wife Deborah Darte (Lovelock); his son Michael Darte (Tanya) of Alberta; his stepson Andy Lovelock of Moncton; and his grandchildren, Devon, Roman and Italia.
