He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Boucher and Rita Boucher (Hebert); and his siblings, Jeanette, Margaret, Robert and Paul.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher Boucher (Stephanie), Andrew Boucher (Amy), Katrina Spence (Sean) and Makayla Boucher (Myles); his grandchildren, Cole, Jake, Chloe, Maya, Tyler and Sarah; and his siblings, Patricia Gardner (Sterling), David (Yuki), Pierre (Christine) and Bernice Roy (Boucher).
Donations in Laurie's memory made to the Palliative Care Unit at the Moncton Hospital or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
