He is survived by: his sisters, Trudy Allen and Janice Carey (Gary); his sister-in-law Mary Allen (late Larry); his niece Marla Gaylord (Steve); his nephews, Mike Allen (Danielle) and Jeffrey Carey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Connor, Casey, Riley and Audrey.
