He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Woodard (Bob) and Dora Woodard (Douthwright); and his sister Nancy Smith (Hinson). He is survived by: his close friend Wall; his children, Amanda Pellerin, Kenneth Jr. (Katherine) and Nakia Woodard; his grandchildren, Christopher, Margaret (Maggie) and Emma; and his great grandchild Hayden.
