He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Wainwright and Ruby Weston (McKinley); his former wife Maxine (Fullerton); and his siblings, Fred, Victor (Mary) and Freda Kennie (Donald).

He is survived by: his wife Marie Weston (Killam); his sons, Jeff Weston (Jill) and Craig Weston; his grandchildren, Chad, Brooke and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Emma and Jaxson; his sister Betty Weston (John); and his sister-in-law Norma Weston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, all his extended family and good friends.
