She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Sweeney and Dorothy Sweeney (McKay); her son Mark; and her brother Steven. She is survived by: her husband Eric; her children, Paul of Moncton and Wendi Colton (Phil) of Bathurst; her siblings, John (Barbara) of Toronto, Jim (Valerie) of Dartmouth, Dave (Jady) of Calgary, Bernard (Dorothy) of St Stephen and Kimberly (Paul) of Kingston; and her grandson Nicholas Colton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many friends and extended family.
