She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Cassidy and Marie Cassidy (King); her husband Wayne Cusack; and her son Andrew Richard. She is survived by: her son Michael Richard; her grandchildren, Maddix, Sydney, Morgan and Dezrik; her great grandchild Eliza; and her siblings, Donna Arsenault (Roger), Gerry and Jimmy Cassidy. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and many friends.
