It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of June Elizabeth Friars of Moncton, New Brunswick, born in Sussex, New Brunswick, who passed away on July 8, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Sproul and Doris Sproul (Smith); her parents-in-law, Paul Friars and Phillis Friars (Butland); and her brother Stanley.
She is survived by: her husband Derek Friars; her children, Krista Edwards (Craig) of Colina, NB and Robert Friars of Moncton, NB; her grandchildren, Chloe Friars, Abigail Friars, Benjamin Friars, Delaney Friars and Isla Edwards; her sisters, Carol Arsenault, Catherine Bannister, Brenda Bannister (David) and Jacqueline Sproul (Robert); and her sisters-in-law, Susan Friars (Duncan Grant) and Shari Currie (Brent). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
