She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas H. Smith; her husband Watson Harold Cook; and her brother Jim Smith. She is survived by: her parent Beulah McDonald; her children, Leonard, Christina and Myrna (Frank); her grandchildren, Lee and Rose; and her sister-in-law Shirley Smith. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

The family would appreciate donations to the Palliative Care Unit at The Moncton Hospital or to a charity of the donor's choice.
