It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julien Edgar Ruel of Moncton, New Brunswick, born in Albertville, Québec, who passed away on June 28, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ruel and Marie-Claire Ruel. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lewis of Moncton; his stepdaughter Kimberly Lorette; and his siblings, Eugene Ruel (Barbara), Yolande Ruel-Gould (Leo-Paul) and Solange Ruel-Gass (Gaetan). He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews.
