He was predeceased by: his wife Carmelita Thibodeau (Cameron); his parents, Levi Thibodeau and Lina Thibodeau; and his siblings, Eloi Thibodeau (Helen), Aubrey Thibodeau (Margie), Clara Bailey (Robert) and Larry Thibodeau (Anne).

He is survived by: his children, Betty Parker, Brenda Berriault (Elwood), Keith Thibodeau and Janice Thibodeau (Lockey); his brother Alan Thibodeau (Debbie); his grandchildren, Diane Colpitts (Shane), Shayne Dodge (Jimmy), Vincent Berriault (Linda), Damon Berriault (Stephanie), Zachary Berriault, Noah Berriault (Cynthia) and Jesse Thibodeau (Kat); and his great grandchildren, Keira Parker, Conner Dodge, Zoe Dodge, Lincoln Berriault, Samuel Berriault and Mia Berriault.

In memory of Leo, a donation to the Alzheimer's Society of New Brunswick would be greatly appreciated by the family.
