He was predeceased by: his wife Georgia Whiteley; his parents, Cyril D. Whiteley and L. Viola Whiteley of Moncton; and his brother Ralph (Joan) of Moncton, NB.. He is survived by: his children, J. Deryck (Wendy) of St. Louis, MO, Jennifer D. (Paul Robinson) of Ottawa, ON and Jill D. (Brian Lamb) of Hamilton, ON.; his siblings, Mary Lou (Reg Bungay) of Victoria, BC and John of Moncton, NB; his grandchildren, Nicole, Jason, Leah, Colin, Christopher and Jessica; and his great grandchild Natalie. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchild.
In memory of Joe, donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Kidney Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
