He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John "Jack" and Ardeth Allen (Carlin); his wife Erin Eastwood Allen; his children, Anna, Luke, Gabrielle, Cassia and Jack Arthur Carlin Allen; and his siblings, David, Jackie Allen Ashe (Grant), Peter Eastwood (Sarah), Heidi Foster (Peter), Melissa Hetherington (Rob) and Erika Ross.
