For John is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bernard O'Neill and Joan O'Neill (Hartnal); and his brothers, Michael (late Valerie) and Christopher O'Neill. He is survived by: his friend Carole Jibali; his daughters, Anne-Marie Ouellette (late Todd) and Katherine O'Neill (late Ray LeBlanc); his granddaughters, Heather and Adrienne Ouellette; and his sisters, Mary Pellerin (late Ron) and Maureen Trites (Tom). He is also survived by 2 nephews, and 4 nieces.
