It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan E. Harper of Moncton, New Brunswick, who passed away on May 1, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alden Ferguson and Bertha Ferguson (Dixon); her husband Allan G. Harper; and her brother-in-law Cederic Colpitts. She is survived by: her daughter Tracy (Lenny Bastarache) of Moncton; her grandson Kris Bastarache of Moncton; and her sisters, Donna Colpitts of Moncton and Jacqueline (Claude Cormier) of Rivervew. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Donations in Joan's memory made to the the memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
