He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottie Power and Marion Power; his brother Kent Power; and his nephews, Stephen Tobin and Nicco Power Roth.

He is survived by: his wife Carole; his son Gary (Ronda) of Boundary Creek; his grandsons, Connor and Ryan of Moncton; his daughters, Debra of Fredericton and Tracey of Nanaimo, BC; his sisters, Barbara (Paul) of Fredericton and Sharon (Doug) of Moncton; his brothers-in-law, James Quillian (Dorothy) of Riverview, Leonard Quillian of Moncton, Doug Tobin of Moncton and Paul Tower of Fredericton; and his nieces and nephews, Rick Tobin (Sheri) of Calgary, AB, Jason Quillian (Nora) of Spain, Jeremy Quillian (Sylvie) of Riverview, Dr. Michael Power (Jennifer) of Ottawa, ON, Rhonda Quillian of Moncton, Blaise Power of Trenton, ON, Karen Power (Al) of Ottawa, ON and Barbara Quigley.
