He was predeceased by: his parent Bernard Sawyer; and his sister Jeannette Hebert. He is survived by: his parent Eloise Sawyer (Leger); his children, Tammy Chevarie (Wayne) of Saint John and Roger (Butch); his siblings, Edna Psihas, Patsy Berry, Roseanne Savoie (Onile), Priscilla Saulnier (Johnny), Anita Leger (Bernard), Camilla Pimental (Carlos), Bernice LeBlanc, Rose Landry, Gerald (Kim) and Paul (Diane); and his grandchildren, Alesha, Megan (Maggie), Roger Jr., Dylan and Ryan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
