She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Mann and Margaret Mann (Mutch); her husband Clayton Carter; and her brother Willie Mann. She is survived by: her children, Peggy Carter Emery (John) of Boudreau Ouest, Kim Jonah (Gren) of Hillsborough, Donald Carter of Moncton and David Carter (Sally) of Saskatchewan; her grandchildren, Terry (Alicia), Michael (Jennifer), Meaghan, Timothy (Katie), Ben, Ashley (Bailey), Brandon (Delaney), Emma and Kate; her great grandchildren, Marley, Miles, Lia, Carter, Ella, Eli, Isaac, Nate, Hudson and Nevaeh; and her siblings, Helen Buell, Lynn Lozinski (Michael) and Junior Mann (Valerie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
