He is survived by: his wife Margaret Trites; his children, Darren Trites (Shannon), Lisa Norton (Darrin) and Stacey Trites (Glenda); his grandchildren, Krystina, Adam, Justin and Sophia; his great grandchildren, Hudson, Jane and Carter; and his brother Alan Trites (Julie).
