He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Gorber and Elizabeth Gorber (Coleman); his siblings, Helen Jochelman (Hyman), Isabel Rose (Ezra), Charlie (Esther), Sam (Lorna), William "Bill" Gorber and Harry Gorber (Ann); his nephews, Jay Gorber and Lorne Gorber; and his great-niece Hyde Jochelman.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Anne, Gary, Freda, Harvey, Bruce and Sandra; and his sister-in-law Lorna Gorber.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Tiferes Israel Synagogue, Maison Albert House, Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation or to a charity of the donor's choice.
