She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Tower and Louise Tower (Power); and her brothers, Donald, Darrell and Dennis.

She is survived by: her son Jim Powers (Linda) of Memramcook; her grandchildren, Christopher and Skye; her great grandchildren, Charles and Caitlin; and her sisters, Erma Limnna of Moncton, Shirley Lindsey (Don) of Pennsylvania, USA and Carol Cudmore (Larry) of Moncton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
