He was predeceased by: his wife Vivian Fraser (Lynds); his parents, Melbourne Fraser and Ruby Fraser (Flanagan); his brothers, Gary Fraser, Allan Fraser (Shelly), Ray Fraser (Verna) and Kenneth Fraser; and his nephew Ross Fraser.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Foster; his son-in-law Jerry; his granddaughters, Hailey Hanekamp (Isaac) of Niagara, Kelly of Niagara and Carley of Niagara; his siblings, Charles (Hattie) of Clairville and Freda Fraser of Moncton; and his nephew Rodney Perry (Mary Anne). He is also survived by his family home and his grandparents.
