He is survived by: his wife Colette Higgins; his daughters, Corry Allard, Tammy Allard (Garry Phipps), Valerie Higgins (Verney Groleau) and Melissa Higgins; his close friend Melissa Gargan (Mike Roussel); and his siblings, Phyllis Hiscock, Edward Higgins and Tom Higgins. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
