She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil George and Ethel Lillian Mallery (Matthews); her husband John Kenneth "Jack" Beers; and her siblings, Elizabeth Poctor, Eillen McDonald, Shirley Goddard, Fred, Alvin and Raymond.

She is survived by: her stepchildren, Pam Beers of Moncton, Donald Mitton of Moncton and John Beers Jr. (Tina) of Harcourt; her brothers, Willard (Norma) of Sussex Corner, Gerald (Gladys) of New Line, Donnie (Joan) of Sussex Corner and Reynold (Mona) of Sussex; her sisters-in-law, Alice Mallery of Sussex Corner and Anne Mallery of Sussex; her stepgrandchildren, Elisha (Marty), Matthew (Sheena), Denver (Erin), Geoffrey (Lyndi) and Lindsey (Dave); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Willow, Lennon, Summer, Lauren, Madeline and Benjamin. She is also survived by several nieces and, nephews.
