He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Berteit and Eunice Berteit (Wilson) of Moncton, NB.; his children, Troy Berteit (Jennifer) and Tammy Betts (Brice); his grandchildren, Mathis, Brianna, Alexis and Camden; his siblings, Carl Berteit (Alta) and Sheila Morrison (late John); his daughter Karen Dunn; and his sisters, Ethel Walsh and Glendine Fairweather.
