She was predeceased by: her parent Laurie LeBlanc; her brothers, Clarence and Laurie; and her stepmother Marie-Anne. She is survived by: her parent Yvonne LeBlanc; her husband Sinclair Falconer; her son Steven (Melissa) of Fredericton; her siblings, Roger (late Yvonne) of Grande-Digue, Oscar (Jacqueline) of Notre-Dame, Iroi (Roberte) of Notre-Dame, Rhéal (Yolande) of Notre-Dame, May Gagnon (late Henri) of McDougall Sett, Raymonde Goguen (late Dismas) of White Sett and Noëlla McGraw (Gérard) of McDougall Sett; her brother-in-law Roméo Després of Cocagne; and her granddaughter Mia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, CHU Dumont Foundation (Oncology) or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
