He is survived by: his wife Joan DeLong; his children, Jeff DeLong (Roberta), April Capper (David), Scott Welling (Susan), Stephen DeLong (Cheryl), Sally Welling and Mark Welling (Verna); his grandchildren, Matthew, Tim, Danielle, Daniel, Sean, Jesse, Emma, Sophie, Alexis, Christopher, Michael and Eric; his great grandchildren, Romy and Heidi; and also Colleen (late John).

Donations to Mountain View United Church or Maison Albert House Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
