She was predeceased by: her parents, Vaughan Steeves and Bessie Steeves; her husband Gerald Welch; and her brother Ralph Steeves. She is survived by: her children, Connie Chevarie (Camille), Bill Welch and David Welch; her grandchildren, Matthew, Justin, Cody, Jennica, Camryn, Lauren and Alex; and her great grandchildren, Layla and Jasper.
