He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Forbes and Kathleen Forbes (Murray); his former wife Elizabeth (Betty); his siblings, Rosemary, Kathleen and Harold; and his children-in-law, John Wiggers and Wendy.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Forbes (Skinner); his children, Teresa Wiggers, Lillie Ann Depratto (Gil), Elizabeth Hope (David), Kathy Forbes, Michael Forbes (Linda), Paul Forbes (Martha), Joseph Forbes (Josie), Murray Forbes (Laura), John Forbes (Trudy) and Ken Forbes (Leta); his stepchildren, Paul Skinner (Susan), Sandra Houlihan (Darren) and Pamela Jones (Alan); and his sister Gladys Avola (Jim). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchilden, great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
