She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest McGrath and Alice McGrath (Keith); her husband William (Bill); her granddaughter Heather Gayton; and her brother Nelson.

She is survived by: her children, Nancy (Daniel Coffin), Douglas (Donna), Susan (Donald), Ellen and Barbara (Douglas Gayton); her grandchildren, Devin Coffin (Jenn), Katie Beck (Rory), Michael Coffin (Kristi Pickering), Lesley Decker (Jeff), Jock, Craig Gayton, Jillian and Derek Hachey; her great grandchildren, Sadie, Isla Coffin, Lucy Coffin, Malcolm, Daisy Beck and Kenzie Decker; and her siblings, Edith Nolan (Peekie), Anne Walker (Tookie) and Patrick McGrath (Gert). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
