Doris Hicks Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2021, at the age of 98, Doris Hicks (Moncton, New Brunswick) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Doris and Captain Alvin Wilbur (Ella); her daughters, Luella "Lue" and Doris; her significant other Harvey Hicks; her sister Lue (Pete); her children, Susan (Moncton), Nancy Ellsworth (Allison), Karen (McKees Mills), Barbara (Donald Evans) of Dartmouth, NS and Hugh (Fredericton); her grandchildren, Andrew (Ashley), Jeff, Erika Ellsworth, James Evans, Bronwyn Robichaud, Ella, Scarlett, Hudson and Harrison Hicks; her great grandchildren, Carolyn, Madelyn and Evelyn Ellsworth; and her uncle Gordon (Phyllis). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews & extended family.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks you direct donations to the "Friends of The Moncton Hospital" or a memorial of the donor's choice.
