He is survived by: his mother Wendy Forrest (Legere); his wife Melanie Ouellette; his children, Brandon, Jocelyne and Jaimee; his grandchildren, Hayden, Jordyn, Aliyah and Arianna; and his brothers, Gary and Paul. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
