He was predeceased by: his fathers, Alfred Bastarache and Alfred Allain; and his siblings, Desire and Yvonne. He is survived by: his wife Lois-Ann Bastarache; his children, Nicole (Bill), Noel, Gary (Nancy), James and Jeff (April); his siblings, Viola (Camille), Geneva (Robert), Reginald and Leo (Gisele); his grandchildren, Jasmine (Mike), Dynika, Samantha (Jacob), Cheyanne, Jay (Charmayne) and Brandon; his great grandchildren, Bennett, Emrik, Huntleigh, Logan and Owen; and his godchildren, Michaela, Nicholas and Courtney Kelly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations to the Diabetic Association of Canada, the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would greatly be appreciated by the family.
