It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Désiré Goguen of Moncton, New Brunswick, born in Grande-Digue, New Brunswick, who passed away on October 23, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcel Goguen and Rita Goguen (Léger); and his brothers, Bernard, Camille, Normand and Paul.

He is survived by: his wife Anita Melanson; his daughter Julie Doiron (Joël); his grandchildren, Dominique and Miguel; and his siblings, Rachelle Goguen (late John), Claire Fitzpatrick (late Bill) and Jacques. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
