He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Steeves and Vivian Steeves (Wilson); and his niece Tanya Brine. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Crystal Miller (Chris); his stepgrandchildren, Ava and Zachary; his stepson Freddie Miller; his daughter Jenna Richard; his siblings, Marlane Rule (Ed) and Terry Steeves; his nephew Tim Brine (Julie); and his nieces, Kathleen Steeves and Chelsie Steeves.
