He was predeceased by: his parent Annette Helen Chappell (Bastarache). He is survived by: his father Robert; his son Riley Bastarache of Toronto, ON; his grandmother Margret Chappell; his aunts and uncles, Tim Bastarache, Paul Chappell, Rachel Bastarache, Cindy Chappell and Cheryl Chappell; and also, Ovide Bastarache and Alice Bastarache. He is also survived by cousins and many, many dear friends.
