He was predeceased by: his parent François Cormier. He is survived by: his mother Yvonne Cormier of Notre; his significant other Frances Lavoie of Saint; his siblings, Osithe LeBlanc (Bernard) of Long Sault, ON, Gilles (Denise) of Saint, Antoine and André (Patsy) of Notre; and also Sosime. He is also survived by five nephews and nieces.
In Daniel's memory, donations may be made to the Notre–Dame Parish Fund.
