It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Richard of Moncton, New Brunswick, born in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on December 5, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Millard K. Charman and Bertha Charman (Rattenbury); and her brother Kenneth Charman. She is survived by: her son Gary Richard of Moncton; and her brother Philip Charman of London, ON. She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
